THE INVESTORS INSPECTION, also known as a flip inspection, is intended to give an overview on the condition of the property to the professional investor so that he/she may be able to make an on-the-spot decision about whether or not the property is worth their time and/or money. This inspection is not intended to be a qualifying inspection for a home loan. The investors inspection gives the customer an idea about the functionality of the mechanical components located within and an insight to the basic structure of the property.
